Froscato (Frozen Moscato)

Recipe by our Marketing Director, Masha.

Happy Funday Friday!

Currently there is a big trend with Froze and Frosecco so I thought I would try something different. I thought instead of adding sugar or simple syrup, why not just get a sweeter wine? Bingo, here comes my Froscato recipe. This is an awesome drink for the summer and it is super easy to make. There are a million different ways to customize it so think outside of the box when you make it at home!

Ingredients:

  • A bag of dole frozen raspberries (I also really like the strawberry, mango, peach bag)
  • A bottle of a Moscato (the sweeter (aka cheaper) the better so that you don't need to add any simple syrup or sugars)
  • Half a bottle (or whatever you are comfortable with) of Vodka : I usually use strawberry Three Olives but they have a lot of flavors and it really depends on your fruit mix.

Directions: Per one cocktail

  • In a blender, add a cup of frozen fruit (depending on the amount of vodka, add more to balance)
  • Then add in a glass of Moscato
  • And a shot (more, less, or none at all) of your vodka
  • Blend and drink right away!

A Corkcicle is the best glass to drink this out of so that you have a cold drink for a long time!!!

This is obviously pretty simple. I also do not measure my portion out a lot, normally I just add what I think is best for my cocktail at that time. Also, I know I mentioned it earlier but do not be afraid to change up your ingredients based on what you like.
