10 Minute Fresh Watermelon Margarita
10 minute watermelon margarita for some easy and delicious fun!
Pro Tip: If you want your margarita frozen, chop up the watermelon and put it in the freezer for a couple of hours. Blend the frozen watermelon with all of the ingredients then add ice cubes and blend again.*
Ingredients:
- 4 cups of watermelon
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt for garnish (sugar can also be used)
- 8 ounces of tequila silver
- 4 ounces of triple sec
- 4 ounces fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons agave (or simple syrup)
Instructions:
- Blend the watermelon into juice
- In a pitcher, add watermelon juice, tequila, and triple sec
- In a separate bowl, mix agave (or simple syrup) and lime juice (leave a little bit aside)
- Add bowl of lime and agave into the pitcher
- in a little plate, pour a small amount of lime juice
- in another plate, add sea salt (or sugar)
- get a clean glass and dip rim into the lime juice then the salt
- pour margarita into glass carefully to not mess up the salted rim
