Simply Grilled Corn Salsa

It's grillin' time

Everything tastes better on a grill. We wanted to make a recipe in which grilling wasn't all about meat and could show our customers and readers a different side of easy cooking. This recipe is fancy enough for your guests to comment on and easy enough for you to never break a sweat.

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 ears of corn
  • 1/4 of a yellow or purple onion, chopped
  • 3/4 cup of black beans
  • 2 diced tomatoes
  • 1 jalapeno seeded and chopped up
  • 1 juiced lime
  • 1/3 cup of chopped cilantro

Instructions:

  • Grill ears of corn (rotate until golden with grill marks on all sides)
  • slice corn off of the cob and put into a bowl
  • add all the other ingredients 
  • salt and pepper taste

Enjoy this easy recipe! Only 4 steps and a nice aromatic grilled corn feature is just what we need as a appitizer!
