Simply Grilled Corn Salsa
It's grillin' time
Everything tastes better on a grill. We wanted to make a recipe in which grilling wasn't all about meat and could show our customers and readers a different side of easy cooking. This recipe is fancy enough for your guests to comment on and easy enough for you to never break a sweat.
Ingredients:
- 2 ears of corn
- 1/4 of a yellow or purple onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup of black beans
- 2 diced tomatoes
- 1 jalapeno seeded and chopped up
- 1 juiced lime
- 1/3 cup of chopped cilantro
Instructions:
- Grill ears of corn (rotate until golden with grill marks on all sides)
- slice corn off of the cob and put into a bowl
- add all the other ingredients
- salt and pepper taste
