You know that 3pm crash at work after all the coffee has run out and your lunch is digested? Today is being represented exactly by that feeling. Its rainy, dark, and chilly. These are things that make people extra tired and lazy and we understand that you can't always put together a three course meal so here is a great rainy day one pot recipe. Don't accept defeat to the weather by just ordering a pizza!

Also were getting into tailgate season!!!! What is the best thing to get in the mood than buffalo chicken dip? This pasta is the dip plus delicious carbs :)

Please understand that this recipe is really for a lazy day and you can customize it by putting green onion, mozzarella, and so much more into it to get creative (and more fancy).

 

Ingredients:

  • Box of bow tie pasta
  • 1 can of chicken stock
  • hot sauce to taste
  • 3/4 package of cream cheese
  • 1 can of shredded chicken

Steps:

  • Boil the bow tie pasta and drain
  • Add the chicken into the pot
  • Pour chicken stock and put on medium low heat
  • Add cream cheese and stir until it uniform
  • Add hot sauce (as much as you think you'll enjoy)
    • Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper then stir until the sauce is thick and mixed
    • serve as is or add chopped green onion and mozzarella on top
